Corporate Boot Camp

Corporate Boot Camp is a great place to develop your team. Located near the M55 motorway at Blackpool we are ideally located to serve the North West and Yorkshire regions. Our staff are all ex-military personnel with recent combat experience in theatres of operation around the world. We will guide your team in the latest military team working techniques, and how a team can be developed so that all staff feel valued as part of the organisation.
During an economic downturn, training and staff development is often the first budget to be cut. There is however, no better time to invest in your staff to ensure they are motivated and committed to your organisation. Benchmark businesses need their staff, more than at any time to be hard working, dedicated and work closely as a team to develop the best results. Time spent at the 'boot camp' will yield high results in the long term and ensure your business is fighting fit for the future. Take a look at the range of activities we offer and invest in your staff. They are the greatest asset your organisation will ever have!

We can also deal with any accommodation requirements you may have. A great way for delegates to experience Blackpool and enjoy their 'downtime'. We can offer a variety of accommodation throughout the resort at discounted prices and to suit budgets. Staying for a couple of days is another great way of rewarding staff and developing team cohesion in a 'shared experience' environment. We will also arrange transport of delegates to and from their accommodation if requested.
I am a recent forces leaver after serving 8 years within the first royal tank regiment.
When i first left i found it extremely hard to find a job and be excepted into the civilian community, after several months of hard work i finally got a job as an administrator for a large company, as you would expect this did not work out as planned. There is a difference between working in the field and working in the office, and as i was a field soldier there was not much chance of it lasting. I gave this venture up and decided i needed to work outdoors. The problem with this as i found not many people were quick to employ someone that was in the army or any forces, this i found strange due to the strict regime of the forces. After several more months of endless searching i gave up. Due to my experience i decided to join a company that employs x forces due to the vast experience on the ground and in the office (surprisingly). Currently i work with a team of 5 x force members and i feel that this works extremely well due to the knowledge and experience gained throughout there careers. I still feel that there should be some sort of project to get x forces into the work place, how can an employer or anyone feel that they will not benefit from having an x forces person as a member of there team.
